Meet Our Chiropractors

Meet Dr Brendan Oakley

Brendan graduated from Murdoch University in 2012. His academic achievements were acknowledged by receiving awards as the ‘Chiropractic Graduate of the Year’ and a further award in ‘Clinical Excellence’.

He is passionate about improving health, health advocacy and empowering individuals and families to create change in their lives through health education. He has special interests in working with chronic stress and brain function (functional neurology).

Brendan is an active advocate for chiropractors and chiropractic. He dedicates additional time to the profession as an active committee member of the Australian Chiropractic Association. In addition to this he also holds memberships with two clinical interest groups involving Neurorehabilitation and Wellbeing and Lifestyle Management.

Meet Dr Jarrad McDowall

Jarrad graduated from Murdoch University with a Distinction grade average. His primary focus is to assist people with correcting the underlying cause of their symptoms. He is passionate about health education and delivering outstanding health care.

Having played football and baseball from a young age he has gone on to develop a keen interest in sports and injury prevention whilst consulting with sporting teams in Perth.

His sports background coupled with extensive rehabilitation knowledge allows him to implement a holistic approach to his chiropractic care.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Jarrad staying active at the gym, playing football and at the beach with his partner Taleka and their adorable puppy Ziva.

Meet Dr Roddy Knight

Rod graduated from Murdoch University in 2006. He is passionate about improving health and health education and comes with expert knowledge in exercise and sports science. He empowers individuals and families with informative tools to create positive change in their lives.

Rod has over 17 years of chiropractic expertise both locally and internationally. He is a dedicated member of the Australian Chiropractic Association (ACA) and has been a supervising clinician at Murdoch University’s student clinic. He was also Chairman of the Australian Fabry Association for genetic diseases.
